This a great card of the collection. A Fanjoy card issued to commorate the arrival of the fleet that shows the USS Connecticut, Van's ship. It was canceled on April 16, 1908, six days after their arrival, and was mailed to his Mother back in Benton, Kentucky. "From your son sailing on the blue seas." V. B. Edwards |
