Cards from Amoy, China

There are few cards available and canceled from the eight ships that visited Amoy. The USS Missouri with George Biller visted the port and allowed these three cards mailed to Fannie. |

Both of these cards are hand-dated November 4, 1908 on the front and canceled on November 5th on the back in Amoy. The cards were later canceled in Shanghai and Kulanusu, China before arriving in Terre Haute, Indiana. |

The Fleet Visit to Manila The collection contains one card mailed by George on November 30th to his Grandmother. The other card is of a Moro-Boy of Mindanao. |

Colombo, Ceylon
These two cards are both dated December 15th, 1908. On the first card he states he will not be home unitl April of 09.
