The fact that many of these cards do not match any of the B & S cards from the same location is another argument that this is a different photographer.  This group provides typical images from their transit through the Suez Canal.

The Pyramids

These are a great group of cards showing sailors visiting the pyramids of Egypt.  As only 100 sailors were selected from each ship to make this trip it was a great opportunity of those choosen.

This was George's last port visit before returning to the United States.  Unlike many of his shipmates he seems to have been still eager to go out and visit the city and see new things.
